Kalama couple suffers theft, abuse & neglect in elder abuse case

Sigea, a World War II veteran, and his wife, Lila, both 82, would be having candy for lunch, as they had for breakfast.Huddled in her wheelchair, Lila Sigea (pronounced "Siggy"), a slim feather of a woman with advanced Alzheimer's, needed to be bathed and changed. That would have to wait -- Al Sigea, a slender man with a touch of dementia, couldn't handle all his wife's needs himself. .
